These terms govern your use of SpendLedger.org and its services, operated by Banana Analytics. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use SpendLedger for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Contact info@spendledger.org with questions.

Public research and alerts

Public records, self-service research tools, and current payment-summary alerts are free. SpendLedger organizes information published by government sources. Coverage, detail, and freshness vary by source. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the agencies whose records we display.

Verify important figures and procurement details against the linked official source. Summary changes may reflect corrections or expanded coverage, rather than a newly made payment. Historical payments do not establish procurement intent or predict future awards or renewals. We do not guarantee complete coverage, uninterrupted access, or a particular business outcome. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not access another person's private account, bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, submit unlawful content, or use the service for fraud or harassment. Automated access must respect technical limits and may not disrupt other users.

You retain your rights in notes and other material you submit. You permit us to store and process that material as needed to provide the features and services you request. Submit only material you are authorized to share. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Paid services and recurring billing

SpendLedger Pro costs $39 per month and includes comparisons of up to three suppliers within a jurisdiction, full comparison results and CSV exports, plus up to 20 active monitored comparisons with stored change history and optional weekly email briefings. It also provides self-serve saved-search alerts, advanced profile filters, and alert history. It includes up to 20 active searches with up to 200 matching profiles each. Basic follows and payment-summary emails remain free. Pro monitoring requires an active paid subscription. Alerts compare published records and depend on successful source refreshes and delivery.

A subscription begins only when you explicitly purchase it. The price, billing interval, and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Unless your agreed order states otherwise, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. We will disclose changes to recurring prices before they take effect.

You can cancel an online subscription through billing management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with service access continuing until then. Removing a follow, revoking Google access, or unsubscribing from email does not cancel billing. If you cannot access billing management, contact info@spendledger.org.

Contact us about billing errors, refund requests, or service problems. Refunds are handled according to the agreed service terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits a refund or other remedy that the law requires.

Records, attribution, and third parties

Government source records remain subject to any applicable source terms. These terms do not claim ownership of public-domain records. Preserve source attribution when sharing SpendLedger figures so recipients can verify them. Third-party sites and services, including sign-in and payment providers, have their own terms.

Availability and responsibility

The public research service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we make no implied warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous availability. You are responsible for evaluating the information before relying on it. Paid-service commitments are described in your agreed scope. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. We may change or discontinue features, subject to existing paid-service commitments and applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time; account deletion requests and subscription cancellation are handled separately.

Changes and contact

We will update the effective date when these terms change and provide additional notice when required. Changes do not retroactively change an agreed paid-service scope. For service, billing, or terms questions, email info@spendledger.org.
