How coverage expands
Each added source needs an identified agency scope, permitted access, a tested connector, reconciled record counts, amendment and cancellation handling, and successful scheduled refreshes. State portals do not automatically cover cities, counties, schools, or special districts.
How to interpret missing results
No match can mean no relevant published notice, a source outside current coverage, or a feed that could not be searched. Source failures stay visible so an incomplete search never appears complete.
Our original summaries
Notices marked as SpendLedger summaries describe verified facts in our own words. They do not reproduce the buyer’s description or attachments. Facts such as agency names, notice numbers, and dates are distinct from protected wording, images, and documents. Source access and linking conditions are considered separately.
A manual review is a dated observation, not a continuously refreshed feed. Use the source name and notice number to confirm the full requirements, amendments, and deadline before bidding.
