Source: Washington Open Checkbook, 2023–25 biennium. Both fiscal-year totals reconcile independently to the state’s report, rounded to cents: FY2024: $34,960,860,261.78; FY2025: $40,879,535,891.13.
The state reports eligible payments from its AFRS accounting system. Read the publisher’s coverage disclaimer. These figures are not a complete statewide budget.
Washington fiscal years end June 30. This release covers July 2023 through June 2025; it does not include current-year spending, contracts or payment-date trends. Supplier names use a conservative organization-only policy, which also withholds some legitimate businesses. Withheld amounts remain in the complete agency denominator.
